Zāle’s music combines multi-layered sound, based on a gentle, memorable melody, a harmonious vocal harmony, and unusual musical instruments.
The postfolk band Zāle was established in 2013 by poet Pēteris Draguns, songwriter Marta Kreituse and guitar player Kasandra Kaņepe. In 2015 the band was joined by Dace Zariņa, Taras Kuzmenko, Kira Maija Kirsanova and Harry Vagrants.
